Montpellier: Dall’Oglio saw a machine

Like Nantes (0-4) during the Trophée des Champions then Clermont (0-5) last week, Montpellier took on the water against Paris Saint-Germain (2-5) this Saturday on the occasion of the 2nd day of Ligue 1. Lucid about the level of the opponent, the Hérault coach Olivier Dall’Oglio still showed some regrets after the meeting.

“The extent of the score is not illogical, which is a bit of a shame, it’s that we resisted for a long time… (…) Afterwards, we were in difficulty, of course, but we knew that we were going to be in difficulty against this team which for the moment is a machine, noted the technician on the official website of the MHSC. We were disciplined tactically, we were united. Afterwards, in discipline, “We lacked the rigor. I think that there are goals that are really avoidable. We have to be even more attentive than that, it’s not easy but we have to learn. As I said to the players at the end, we didn’t come here just to concede goals, we have to learn from that because next Sunday we have very important matches.”

The meeting against the promoted Auxerre promises to be more affordable for the Montpellier residents.
