The Toulouse chef has been in the culinary competition since season 6 in 2015. According to our colleagues from Parisian, he will be replaced by Glenn Viel, chef of L’Oustau de Baumanière, a three-star restaurant, in Baux-de-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône) Baux-de-Provence. For its part, the channel presents the new 40-year-old recruit as a “young chef prodigy with multiple inspirations and recognized as one of the most creative of his generation”.
