Michael Schumacher: The greatest successes of the Formula 1 legend

Watch the video: These are Michael Schumacher’s greatest successes.

He is the most successful driver in Formula 1 history. In a total of 17 years of his career, Michael Schumacher won more races than any other racing driver.
In 1991 he contested his first race for Jordan at the Belgian Grand Prix. A rather short collaboration. He is already on the road for Benetton at the next race.
A year after his debut, he crosses the finish line as a winner for the first time.
He won the first of a total of seven world championships in 1994 when he was just 23 years old. A success that he immediately continued in the following year.
The change to Ferrari brings the final breakthrough. From 2000 to 2004, Schumacher became world champion five times in a row.
In 2006 he retired from professional sports for four years. He returns again for two years with Mercedes, but can no longer build on his successes.
In total, he competed in 307 Formula 1 Grand Prix events. He has 91 victories, 68 pole positions, 77 fastest race laps and 155 top-three finishes.
Motorsport boss Norbert Haug therefore described him as the “king of all racing drivers”.
