Crypto wallet provider MetaMask has released a new feature that will include a bridge service for users who wish to transfer their crypto across different networks.
A savvy knows which bridge will get it where it needs to go.
Introducing Bridges (in beta) on Portfolio Dapp: Bridges aggregates different bridging services & users can choose the most suitable option to move their funds from one chain to another.

The release is still in beta stage, and MetaMask said in a statement.blog postthat the service is part of the newly launched portfolio app.
MetaMask said The first bridge aggregator will support four including Connext, Hop, Celer cBridge and Polygon Bridge.
Users will be able to migrate up to $10,000 of supported tokens using these bridges to transfer tokens to the Ethereum, Avalanche, BNB Smart Chain, and Polygon networks. Supported tokens include ether and wrapped ether, as well as popular stablecoins such as DAI; and matic
MetaMask said it would not charge transaction fees for the beta period. The platform also wants to extend its coverage to layer 2 groups such as Optimism and Arbitrum.
