MasterCard launches customizable nonfungible token (NFT) debit card This allows cardholders who own avatars from the famous NFT collection to add images to their cards.

Gold membership comes with a minimum staking of 100,000 hi Dollar (HI), the platform’s original token. which totals about $4,600, according to data from CoinGecko
The card allows the use of fiat currencies, stablecoins or any cryptocurrencies held by the user. And it’s accepted everywhere Mastercard is available, and other features like hotel credit, cash back, and discounts on Netflix and Spotify subscriptions.
Christian Rau, Mastercard’s vice president of Crypto and Fintech Enablement, said with increasing consumer interest in NFTs and cryptocurrencies. that payment service provider “Committed to making them an accessible payment option for the community that wants to use it.”
The card will support NFT collections, including CryptoPunk, Moonbirds, goblintown, Bored Ape, and Azuki, with the owners of these NFTs required to be Gold members. and verify NFT ownership with the platform.
