Andrea Tandler, who is accused of tax evasion amounting to millions, faces a sentence of more than four years. The Munich I Regional Court agreed on this in discussions with the defense. The so-called deal involves Tandler repaying all of her tax debts and confessing. The court also promised her co-defendant Darius N. a sentence of around three and a half years. Tandler had earned commissions amounting to 48.4 million euros through mask transactions during the corona pandemic and had not taxed them correctly. The verdict is due to be handed down on Friday.
