What does little owl do when his wounds are healed? Owl. Well, Marco Verratti is not yet fully recovered from the injury to the medial collateral ligament of the right knee contracted in early May, but the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder can still breathe: he will be part of the Italian team that will play Euro 2021.

Roberto Mancini waited for the final limit set by UEFA, at midnight on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, to make his choices. And if he displayed his optimism last week on the speed of recovery of Verratti, he could however not count on the Parisian for the first game (s). PSG announced on May 11 an unavailability of four to six weeks, which, in the worst case, can cause them to miss all three games of the first round.
