A court in Saxony has issued a criminal order against the pop musician Marc Terenzi. He is said to have sexually harassed his ex-partner’s 15-year-old daughter. Terenzi has lodged an objection.
The Saxon district court in Borna has taken action against the singer Marc Terenzi issued a penalty order. This emerges from a report in “Bild”. He is said to have sexually harassed a minor – namely the daughter of his then partner.
The prosecution’s accusation is that Terenzi is said to have touched the 15-year-old’s buttocks in his ex-partner’s apartment in July 2022 and called her “sexy”. The girl is then said to have felt uncomfortable. Her mother reports the musician. The authorities have been investigating the case since April.
The court in Borna has now decided to impose a fine on Terenzi. He should pay 20 daily rates of 50 euros each – a total of 1000 euros. According to “Bild”, it can be deduced from the amount of the fine that the district court estimated the singer’s monthly net income at around 1,500 euros.
Terenzi, however, denies the accusation and has lodged an objection, a court spokesman for the Borna district court told RTL. “That’s why there will be a main hearing. When is unclear,” he says.

The singer himself has not yet commented publicly on the penalty order. When the allegations became known in April, he said in an “Bild” interview: “It is very important to me to make it unmistakably clear that I clearly and decisively reject the allegations against me.”
The 45-year-old continued: “I certainly haven’t done everything right in my life, quite the opposite. However, what I’m being accused of here now cannot be put into words. I will prove my innocence and hold the perpetrators of this slander accountable pull.”
