Lulu Lewe became famous as Sarah Connor’s little sister. But on “Let’s Dance” she wants to prove that there’s more to her.

Lulu Lewe (31) has set big goals for her participation in “Let’s Dance”. The singer wants to prove herself and show what she’s made of. In an interview with RTL she makes it clear: “I also think that ‘Let’s Dance’ is a good chance for me to show people out there that I’m more than just Sarah Connor’s little sister.”

Her debut single made it into the charts

Sophia-Luisa Lewe, her full name, appeared in public for the first time when she was just nine years old. At that time she was seen in the music video for Sarah Connor’s (43) hit “From Sarah with Love”. “Since then, I’ve always been in my sister’s shadow,” remembers the 31-year-old.

She always made music herself when she was at school and was in the school band. “It has nothing to do with my sister, it’s just me having a passion for making music.” At the age of 16 she released her song “Crush on You” and got her first record deal. The song reached number 16 in the German charts. Since then, the singer has regularly released her own music.

Lulu Lewe “loves sporting challenges”

On “Let’s Dance” she now wants to prove herself, get to know herself in a different way and push herself to her limits. “I’m really looking forward to taking part in ‘Let’s Dance’ because I can’t wait to be able to slip into a new costume and therefore a role with each dance. I used to be a show jumper and love sporting challenges. However, I have At the same time, great respect for the jury’s verdict and all the training. I think it will be a great adventure.”

The 17th season of “Let’s Dance” starts on Friday, February 23rd at 8:15 p.m. on RTL (or on RTL+) with the “big introductory show”.
