Together with her prominent fellow campers, jungle queen Lucy Diakovska landed back in Germany on Wednesday morning.

The adventure Down Under is over: This year’s jungle camp residents made it back to Germany and arrived at Frankfurt airport on Wednesday morning. Jungle queen Lucy Diakovska (47) is doing “very well” and she and her campmates “slept a bit, chatted and exchanged phone numbers” during the return flight. she tells RTL happily at the airport.

Jungle Queen Lucy Diakovska is proud and grateful

It was like a school trip for her. She is surprised at how well she is doing because she can’t eat a lot or drink alcohol “yet that well”. The media attention that she now has as the jungle queen is not new for her as a member of the girl group No Angels. “It’s definitely comparable. It’s as if the No Angels had arrived here by plane like they did 20 years ago,” she remembers.

Now being on everyone’s lips as an individual makes her proud. “Of course it’s something completely different now. I have myself, my endurance, my courage, my strength, my joy and of course all the spectators to thank for that.”

After the jungle is before the jungle

Last Sunday evening (February 11th) No Angels singer Lucy Diakovska made it to the final of “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” prevailed against influencer Twenty4Tim (23) and ex-“Bachelor” candidate Leyla Lahouar (27) and climbed to the jungle throne.

On February 18th from 8:15 p.m. on RTL, jungle camp fans can look forward to news from the 2024 jungle campers: In the “Aftermath” Sonja Zietlow and Jan Köppen reveal how the stars fared after returning to Germany. The celebrities will then see each other again on the show for the first time since their stay in Australia.

Supplies have already been provided: In the summer of 2024, jungle camp fans can look forward to the Allstars edition “I am a Star – Showdown of the Jungle Legends” with twelve former candidates in South Africa. RTL is still keeping to itself who exactly will be there for the upcoming show.
