That would be a blast: Ina Müller and Elyas M’Barek are supposed to join the “LOL” cast in the coming season.
The fifth season of the popular series “LOL: Last One Laughing” is scheduled to appear on Amazon Prime Video at Easter. And host Michael “Bully” Herbig (55) can probably do top-class things again Welcoming stars in the studio. After it was already announced at the turn of the year that comedian Otto Waalkes (75) was on board, two more prominent names are now circulating.
The stars are fighting for 50,000 euros
As “Bild” reported on Thursday, singer and presenter Ina Müller (58) and actor Elyas M’Barek (41) will also face the challenge of not laughing in the fifth season. Because that’s the joke about the comedy series: Anyone who has to laugh at the funny performances of their co-stars is thrown out. 40 cameras capture every little movement. The winner receives 50,000 euros for a good cause.
Ina Müller is known for her amusing talk show “Inas Nacht” from the Hamburg sailor bar “Zum Schellfischposten”. The North German also has plenty of stage experience through numerous appearances as a singer. Elyas M’Barek showed his funny side, for example, in the “Fack ju Göhte” movie hits.
A total of ten stars are taking part. Hazel Brugger (30), Mirja Boes (52), Ralf Schmitz (49), Michael Kessler (56), Torsten Sträter (57), Olaf Schubert (56) and Meltem Kaptan (43) are also in the new season. Filming is said to have already been completed.
