PRESIDENTIAL VISIT
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky traveled to Sloviansk, in the Ukrainian Donbass, about 40 kilometers from Bakhmout, the main battlefield in the region, the presidency said on social networks.
In a video by Volodymyr Zelensky filmed in front of the entrance to the city of Sloviansk, the Ukrainian head of state greeted from “the bottom of (his) heart” the soldiers of his country on the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces, celebrated on Tuesday.
REQUEST FOR ARREST OF TWO UKRAINIAN MINISTERS
Russian intelligence (FSB, ex-KGB) demanded the arrest in absentia of two Ukrainian ministers. The two leaders are accused, according to Russian media, of having violated the territorial integrity of Russia.
Despite the fighting, Ukrainian officials are moving across Ukraine, including the four regions that Moscow has claimed since late September. END OF BROADCASTING FOR A RUSSIAN TV IN LATVIA
Latvia has revoked the broadcasting license of independent Russian television in exile Dojd, after a series of violations, including broadcasting a map of Crimea presented as part of Russia.
The Dojd (“Rain”) channel “will stop broadcasting on December 8,” said Ivars Abolins, head of the National Electronic Media Council, on Twitter. “Latvian laws must be respected by everyone,” he insisted.
The TV is also accused of showing support for the Russian army and failing to provide translation into Latvian, the LETA news agency reported. The channel denounced on Twitter the “unfair and absurd” accusations, informing that it would continue to be broadcast on YouTube.

NEW DRONE ATTACK IN RUSSIA
Moscow accused kyiv on Monday of attacking two of its air bases with drones. This Tuesday morning, the governor of the Russian region of Kursk, on the border with Ukraine, announced a new attack at an airfield. According to his comments on social networks, an oil storage tank caught fire, but no casualties were reported.
UKRAINIAN COUNTER-ATTACK
Two Russian airbases in the center of the country were targeted by Ukrainian drones on Monday, killing three, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
On Monday morning, “the kyiv regime (…) attempted to carry out strikes with Soviet-designed drones on the air base of Diaguilevo in the Ryazan region and that of Enguels in the Saratov region”, indicates the press release. Three letters containing “animal eyes”, addressed to Ukrainian diplomatic representations in Spain, were intercepted on Monday, we learned from a police source, a few days after the explosion of a letter bomb in the Ukrainian Embassy in that country.
