On Friday, Russia announced the deployment of patrols equipped with Kinjal missiles over the Black Sea. “There are already Russian aircraft patrols over the Black Sea, but we learn that these patrols will be more frequent,” explains Jérôme Garro, LCI correspondent in Moscow, who recalls that the Kinjal are the “dagger missiles “, which can go at more than 10,000 km/h.

“These hypersonic missiles have already been used by the Russian army to strike positions in Ukraine,” he explains. “What is new is that we are going to have more planes over the Black Sea, which will come face to face with American planes, so we increase the risk of slippages and accidents. “It’s a way for Moscow to raise the tension a little more.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared a video on social media of what appears to be a badly damaged warehouse next to debris and a container bearing the logo of Ukrainian postal operator Nova Pochta.
