The young woman would have been prescribed a day of total interruption of work, before filing a complaint. The team ensures that the hearing of Facundo Medina by the investigators ended in the afternoon and that RC Lens did not wish to comment on the information. Benoît Gauthe, deputy public prosecutor of Arras, confirmed this information to AFP and assured that Medina would be summoned later.
The northern club reacted later in the day with a statement: “In this case with uncertain outlines, the club, attached to respect for human values and the rights of each person, calls for the greatest restraint and leaves it to the competent authorities to shed light on the facts”.
