“Bergdoktor” star Mark Keller doesn’t want his sons to be in the “Let’s Dance” audience. He fears their harsh criticism.

Mark Keller’s (58) sons are not supposed to watch his appearances on the TV show “Let’s Dance”. The “Bergdoktor” star is taking part in the celebrity dance show this year. In an interview with RTL, he reveals that he would prefer his sons Aaron (31) and Joshua Keller (28) not to be there. That’s why he said to the two actors: “Boys, you’re not coming!”

“If they sit in the audience, then just out of sight,” explains the actor, referring to the first dance show next Friday. The reason: “My sons always scold me because I make a mistake. Joshua is a professional.” The 58-year-old also has “hip problems when it comes to movement.”

Even if he can’t tolerate criticism from his sons, the TV star is otherwise quite capable of accepting suggestions for improvement: “If someone tells me constructive criticism, then I’m absolutely capable of taking criticism.” But if he “just looks at his boys, that’s it, then I can forget the choreography,” explains Keller.

From February 23rd, 14 candidates will compete for the title “Dancing Star 2024”. Then Keller will demonstrate his talent. Also taking part in the 17th season are model Eva Padberg (44), singer Gabriel Kelly (22), dancer and choreographer Detlef “D!” Soost (53) and fitness influencer Sophia Thiel (28). Whether Keller’s sons will be in the audience will be seen on Friday from 8:15 p.m. on RTL or RTL+.
