His “Let’s Dance” participation brings Bastian Bielendorfer hate comments online. That’s how he deals with it.

“Let’s Dance” goes into a new round on Friday evening. The comedian Bastian Bielendorfer (37) is still there – even if he wasn’t the lightest dancer in the celebrity squad in the past shows. But he entertains many fans with charm and wit. However, he keeps getting hate comments online, says the 37-year-old in an interview with RTL.

“He belongs away, shot in front of the door” is just one example of lines that Bielendorfer has to read again and again. Some viewers would probably have a problem with the fact that the comedian was still there despite the rather mediocre ratings, the broadcaster comments. Bielendorfer explains that he can handle criticism very well, as long as it is “respectful” and “not completely degrading and insulting”.

Mathias Mester also receives hate comments

Celebrity colleague Mathias Mester (35) also sees himself exposed to internet hatred. For example, if he hears that it looks “shit” “when a short person dances” and that he should leave the show, he’ll take it with him. But Mester has learned to deal with it. In addition, the positive feedback would prevail, writes the station.

On Friday, RTL will show from 8:15 p.m. (also on RTL+) the ninth live show of the current “Let’s Dance” season. In addition to Bielendorfer and Mester, Amira Pocher (29), Janin Ullmann (40), René Casselly (25) and Sarah Mangione (31) will whirl across the floor with their dance partners.
