In a live show like “Let’s Dance,” things don’t always go smoothly. Everyone involved in the RTL show felt this on Friday evening. There were several small glitches in the dance show.

After swapping partners last week, the “Let’s Dance” celebrities were back on the dance floor with their trusted professional dancers in the seventh edition of the RTL show. However, the show didn’t go off without a hitch on Friday evening. There were several small glitches and mistakes. Among others, influencer Ann was hit -Kathrin Bendixen and professional dancer Valentin Lusin The 24-year-old has often been criticized for her performance, especially juror Joachim Llambi was harsh on Bendixen and made her cry.

Bendixen and Lusin now showed a contemporary, but the professional dancer of all people made a mistake. During a lifting move, Lusin stumbled as he ran backwards, dragging Bendixen with him. Both fell and the influencer’s top tore during the action. As a result, she had to keep adjusting the material during the dance so as not to end up with a bare chest. Lusin joked after the performance: “Of course it was all choreographed. Half of the dress is on and I landed on my bottom.”

The jury was nevertheless enthusiastic about the performance. Motsi Mabuse said: “It takes full concentration and will to just keep dancing when you know the whole of Germany can see your bust.” Jorge González also praised Bendixen’s courage and fighting spirit. Joachim Llambi said: “It was your best dance this season.” Bendixen and Lusin got 19 points and moved on to the next round.

Power outage in the “Let’s Dance” studio

Shortly after the fall, there was another breakdown: the lights went out in the “Let’s Dance” studio. Actor Mark Keller and professional dancer Kathrin Menzinger were already on the dance floor, but couldn’t start their performance for several minutes. “Ladies and gentlemen, our light is broken. This has never happened before. We have to repair it now. As you can see, we are all in the semi-darkness,” said moderator Daniel Hartwich, trying to pass the time by chatting to bridge the gap with the jury.

After about five minutes the light was back on, but studio spokesman Patrick Linke was confused about the announcement, and then Keller and Menzinger were finally able to start their Charleston. The two put in a brilliant performance and received the highest possible score of 30 points. This made them the best couple of the evening and – unsurprisingly – also a round further.
