Let go in this high-flying course in Lyon

Straps and harnesses hung on a wall… If the description can be misleading, know that we are talking about a yoga room. The Yoga Room. Located near the Halles Paul-Bocuse in Lyon, it opened its doors to us on a Thursday evening to take one of its courses.

For an hour and a half we were able to discover the Yoga Wall, a new discipline for the less unusual. Born in the 2000s in Germany, the activity, still unpublished in France, offers to practice yoga hanging on a wall. This allows you to relax all your muscles while swinging, thanks to the weight of your body.

Result: the practice enchants new followers who consider it to be a “more playful” alternative to yoga. Video demonstration.
