The CDU and the left are not suspected of working together. It is all the more astonishing when they agree, even on a very fundamental matter, as was the case this week in the Bundestag. Because in this case it is about nothing less than the question of whether the traffic light coalition is disregarding the right of members to have a say and is risking sloppy laws through hectic action.
