Next November, France 3 viewers will discover the latest episode of More beautiful life after eighteen years of breakups, investigations, murders and happier times too. Laurent Kérusoré, who has played Thomas on screen since 2005, confided in Paris here as to how the end of the series was announced to the teams. He explains in particular that he would have preferred Delphine Ernotte, the boss of France Télévisions, to travel in person to Marseille to inform them of his decision.
“I thought that the public service was proud to have us… A priori not, because it seems that we are too popular and that Mrs. Ernotte wants to do culture… Apparently, popular culture does not interest her! Ms. Ernotte did not even come to tell us the bad news, not even a letter, ”testifies the actor.
“Fired by an enarque, I don’t understand”

Despite this, the actor assures that the technical teams and the actors remain in “a positive spirit” as the last day of filming looms.
