Larry from the “Simpsons” is dead: cheers to him and all the supporting characters – media

The big drinker Larry dies where he always was, at the bar at The Simpsons. As a farewell, cheers to him, life – and the supporting characters of the best series in the world.

Larry Dalrymple never experienced what dying was like; he was too drunk. This first sentence is indeed stolen property, stolen from an obituary by Franz Josef Wagner for Jörg Fauser. But when a great drinker writes so well about another great drinker, then one can certainly make use of it when the death of a third great drinker is to be mourned. And so we raise our glasses to Larry Dalrymple. He died this week in The Simpsons episode “Cremains of the Day” at the age of 765.
