Larcher seizes the public prosecutor

Dismissal without connection

On Friday, the environmental group urged the President of the Senate to take legal action so that “all transparency be made on this matter”denouncing “opacity” internally in the upper house. The presidency of the Senate confirmed to AFP that Gérard Larcher’s report was made under article 40 of the code of criminal procedure, which requires public officials to report potential offenses of which they are aware.
