Lane sharing and space issue. Need some help :) | The hardware community for PC gamers

Good Morning.

I currently have the following system:

Fractal Define 7 XL
Asus TUF GAMING X570-Plus (Wi-Fi)
Asus Geforce 2080 Super
G Skill DDR3 3600 2x16GB
Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 AIO
Ryzen 9 5950X
Samsung SSD 970 Evo Plus NVME
AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K capture card
Sound Blaster AE-9 sound card

And 3 more SATA disks

Now to my current problem I can
Do not install a 4090 because there is not enough space on the board downwards. A 30 series card that usually needs 2 1/2 or more slots is a problem here.
If I use the other slot below, I have lane sharing with the graphics card, which I definitely don’t want.
a 4090 with AIO cooling eg from MSI. Would be usable here but then I don’t know where to put the vent of the AIO.

I would also really like to connect and use my Blu Ray drive again, but that is currently not possible because the AIO from Liquid Freezer is blocking the space above

Now the question is, is there a mainboard that may have the slots so that I can install the 3 cards without lane sharing and enough distance and possibly also a case that is really big where I can accommodate the plates just like the two (if I use the MSI 4090s take) and still be able to use my drive? For example, it would be good if the housing provided for the optic drive to be installed below instead of above, and then the Aios could be attached to the top.

So what I would be willing to buy new would be a new board and housing, possibly a different CPU AIO. If you can recommend good ones that work with the board (with the board now it’s a questionable installation due to the capacitors.
