At the request of the Greens, the halfpipe in the Hachinger Tal landscape park will in future be illuminated with solar lamps in the winter months. However, the lower nature conservation authority has made precise specifications for the project of the three communities Unterhaching, Ottobrunn and Neubiberg because of species protection. Special lamps must be used and the lighting may only take place between October 15th and March 15th. Daily usage is limited to the time between the onset of dusk at 5 p.m. and a maximum of 11 p.m. Also, only the base area is illuminated, and the masts should not be higher than six meters. The surface temperature of the lamp housing must not exceed 60 degrees. The three communities share the costs of 6,000 euros.
