Kulturfestival Gräfelfing – Austropop to kick off – district of Munich

When crowds of people make a pilgrimage to the Paul-Diehl-Park in Gräfelfing, then it’s that time again: The Gräfelfing culture festival has set up camp with music stages, booths and tents in the middle of the park and invites you to experience music of all genres and get going for four days to leave and to meet old acquaintances. The festival with its meadow slope as a grandstand is a classic – it has been attracting thousands of visitors since 1979 and is one of Bavaria’s oldest open-air festivals. After a four-year break due to the pandemic, things finally started again on Thursday: Austrofred played the opening concert with his Austrian interpretation of queen-Songs. There is music on four stages until Sunday evening, admission is free.
