Kofelgschrao in the Herzkasperlzelt: Interview with the Oberammergauer Band – Munich

They had been silent for four years. Now the legendary Oberammergau Dada folk music punks are coming together again for a performance in the Herzkasperlzelt. A nearly complete interview about what was, what is, and what will be.

Only one is there for the scheduled interview date. Later, at the second attempt after the rehearsal at around 11 p.m., one of them, Michael von Mücke, is gone again. But three out of four “Kofels” gather around the phone. It’s also a sensation, you haven’t had so many in one place for a long time. Because the laundry continued to dry in the sun, the “Baaz” in my head persisted (just to conjure up two of their anti-hits for eternity), but that Kofelgschroa had disbanded in 2018. And left behind three elemental albums of wondrous dada-trance-punk folk music, a soul-searching documentary, and lots and lots of genuinely sad fans. Until now. In the Herzkasperlzelt at the Oidn Wiesn in Munich, the legendary, carelessly casual boy band Blosn will play again, and in Oberammergau people will be happy and happy to tell how it came about, at least Maximilian Pongratz, Martin von Mücke and Matthias Meichelböck.
