Klaus Holetschek took a first aid course in the summer. As a refresher and in case “something should happen in my environment,” the Bavarian Health Minister said, “In the event of a cardiac arrest, every minute counts.” Now it’s autumn, and something has actually happened in Holetschek’s environment. His CSU didn’t really deliver in the state elections again, 37 percent, a minus. The patient is not dead, but not really alive either. It’s somehow logical that the first aider Holetschek comes into play now.
