San Francisco, California – Developer Niantic isn’t resting at the start of 2023, bringing plenty of new events and content to Pokémon GO fans. For today, January 7th, trainers worldwide have already prepared for the first Community Day of the year, but there is still a surprise afterwards: During the course of the day, the chameleonPokemon Kecleon come into play.

The collection of Pokémon in Niantic’s AR mobile game is now almost complete, but a few monsters are still missing from the selection. This included Kecleon until the very end. The special thing about this actually inconspicuous normal Pokémon: It was the last monster from the third generation that was still missing in Pokémon GO.
