She didn’t know “how serious” the offer was

Katja Krasavice completes the jury of the “DSDS” anniversary season. She was asked months ago.
With Dieter Bohlen (68), Pietro Lombardi (30), Leony (25) and Katja Krasavice (26), the new “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” jury is complete. RTL has confirmed that the singer will occupy the fourth chair. Krasavice now reveals on Instagram that she had spoken to the broadcaster about it months ago.
According to a story, she was asked in March/April “if I would like to sit next to Dieter and Pietro on the ‘DSDS’ jury,” writes the 26-year-old. At that time she didn’t know “how seriously that was meant” and answered: “Yes, maybe.” In the months that followed, it became “more and more serious” and after “a lot of back and forth” she signed the corresponding contract. She is now very much looking forward to the season.
It will be a “crass season”
The broadcaster announced on September 2 that the jury was full of Bohlen, Lombardi, Krasavice and Leony. RTL will show the anniversary season next year (also on RTL+). This will be the 20th edition of the talent show – and officially the last. In the past season, the jury consisted of only three celebrities: Florian Silbereisen (41), Ilse DeLange (45) and Toby Gad (54).
“I’m really looking forward to my fellow judges, to the singing, rapping and entertaining talents and to the guaranteed blatant time – I can start right away,” Krasavice was quoted as saying in a message from the broadcaster. Also on Instagram she explainedthat she is looking forward to a “crass season”.
