Kanye West’s campaign treasurer resigns and exposes fraudulent funding

Definitely, it looks like Kanye West is heading for new legal concerns. On Monday, Patrick Krason, treasurer of his campaign for the 2024 US presidential election, slammed the door. In a letter to the Federal Election Commission obtained by Politicothis one expresses suspicions of fraudulent financing of which a certain Milo Yiannopoulos, political adviser of the rapper, would be at the origin.

The latter, columnist and polemicist of the British extreme right, would have “submitted falsified invoices for expenses” that the treasurer considers “illegal”. Expenses which would concern a “digital asset” which Milo Yiannopoulos would have requested reimbursement both on behalf of the campaign of Kanye West and that of the Republican candidate of Georgia, Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Milo Yiannopoulos denies in block

Invited to answer these accusations by Politico, Milo Yiannopoulos declared that he will not give “any credence to these ridiculous and easily refutable accusations”. For the time being, Kanye West has not officially submitted his presidential candidacy for 2024.

However, the presence of clothing displaying the Ye 24 logo in a video posted on Twitter last November and since deleted leaves little doubt about the political ambitions of the sulphurous and whimsical rapper.
