The Flensburg Regional Court sentenced a 35-year-old to eight years in prison on Tuesday for serious sexual abuse of children. The North German had placed a then twelve-year-old girl from the Munich area with clients in the south via the Internet.
Prosecutors had asked for eight years and 10 months for serious child sexual abuse in nine cases and one for child sexual abuse. The defender pleaded for four years. The defendant has largely admitted the allegations.
The clients should make videos of the crime
The man from the district of North Friesland attracted minors via messenger services and the Internet, pretending to be 16 or 18 years old. Originally, 42 sex offenses were charged. Except for the ten acts, the court temporarily suspended the proceedings.
The accused mediated the twelve-year-old, taking advantage of an alleged financial emergency, via the Internet – sometimes for a fee – to clients. He stopped them from sending him videos or photos of the abuse.
