Juan Arbelaez and Julien Duboué, two chefs rather than one at 3.14

La Croisette is having a great time with Juan Arbelaez and Julien Duboué as a duo of chefs who are enjoying themselves on the Nomade beach at 3.14. On their plates, revisited southern flavors, generous dishes and seasonings that pamper our taste buds as festival-goers. You can taste a salad niçoise as well as a pan-bagnat with Mediterranean tuna, or a risotto with tuna (on the strength of its success), thyme and lemon. Special mention for the starters all in color and flavors of the Côte d’Azur.

Duo of friends, duo of cooking madmen

The duo, already formed in television, is above all that of friends who have the same desire to shake up the codes in the kitchen and have fun. It is Nomade, founded by the Cartel agency and the Le Perchoir group, which mixes events around cinema, music and gastronomy each year, at the origin of this idea for the beach at 3.14. We took the opportunity to offer them an interview “food friends”, in life, in the kitchen. Who is the greediest? Who is the quietest in the kitchen? Who’s on social media the most? Who is the most glitzy & glamorous during the Festival?
