Due to illness, Jonas Kaufmann has to cancel the concert “The Sound of Movies” planned for Sunday, February 4th in the Munich Isarphilharmonie. As organizer Munich Music announced on Friday afternoon, they had managed to find a catch-up date for this season at short notice with everyone involved: Kaufmann’s concert with the Munich Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Jochen Rieder will now take place on Tuesday, May 7th, beginning 8 p.m. Cards remain valid.
