A story quickly questioned
During her hearing this Friday, November 12, the 17-year-old girl, who cried a lot, confessed to investigators having made up the story of her kidnapping.
So there were no kidnappers, no green van. The investigators also quickly had a doubt about the words of the teenager, since her examinations revealed that the injuries described did not correspond to the scratches from which Lisa was suffering.
But the central question, which the investigators and the whole village of Saint-Brice, where the young girl resides, are asking themselves then becomes: why did she lie?
A previous assault?
Le Parisien reveals this Saturday, November 13 that during her hearing, the young girl spoke of the trauma of a previous assault. In 2019, burglars would indeed have entered her home when she was alone at the family home, would have jostled her before fleeing without stealing anything.
A story that at the time, had not been followed, for lack of evidence against a schoolmate, which physically corresponded to the description that Lisa had made of the suspect. Today, investigators are also wondering about the veracity of this event. Did Lisa tell the truth in 2019? Would the young girl be more fragile psychologically than she seems?
24 hours unexplained
A psychiatric expertise of the teenager was ordered, in the context of police custody. Indeed, Lisa for lying to justice, is now charged with “denunciation of an imaginary offense”.
