Jet crashes after takeoff from Bundeswehr airfield – two dead

According to media reports, at least two people died when a Learjet crashed at a Luftwaffe airfield near Rendsburg in Schleswig-Holstein. The accident happened at 12:45 p.m. with a Learjet from the subsidiary GFD taking off, a spokesman said. The machine is said to belong to a private company that flies on behalf of the Bundeswehr. The two dead are said to be the pilots of the Learjet, like him North German Broadcasting (NDR) reported.
