Jennifer Aniston has been in top form for decades. Now the actress revealed the secret of her youthful looks.

Jennifer Aniston (53) has revealed her beauty secrets. Like “Daily Mail” under appeal on the “First For Women Magazine” reported, the 53-year-old explained that she always starts her day with lukewarm lemon water.

After her lemon water, she also drinks a shake or makes avocado and eggs, Aniston revealed. “I’ve found ways to make eggs every way I can think of,” she said. She also likes to eat oatmeal with whipped egg white, which provides additional protein.

In an interview with “Radio Times” she had previously also chatted about her eating habits: she goes without solid food for hours a day. “I do intermittent fasting, so I don’t eat anything in the morning. I’ve noticed a huge difference since going 16 hours without solid food.”

Aniston aims high for her workout

She likes variety in her workout: “Changing my training routine is the key.” She always tries to surprise her muscles. In order to keep fit, she likes to attend courses in which stair fitness equipment is used. “It’s such a great workout,” says Aniston of the training method. Her trainer also gave her a jump rope for a change, and within six months she got used to it and kept jumping.

To relax, the “The Morning Show” actress treats herself to a weekly facial. She also likes to meditate. “This is my favorite moment,” Aniston said. Yoga, sitting still, and writing also help her focus on rest.
