On International Women’s Day, Jennifer Aniston honored the “heroic” women in Ukraine’s war zones and called for donations.
Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston (53) thought of women in Ukraine on International Women’s Day. The actress posted several pictures of women on Instagram: in uniforms, with weapons, demonstrating, organizing help or in the company of other soldiers.
“Thinking of the women and girls in Ukraine and all over the world who are fighting heroically for their countries and their people today – as soldiers, as mothers, as organizers, as refugee helpers, as demonstrators, as journalists… “, she commented on the series of pictures.
“You are incredible”
She told the women who risked their lives in Ukraine and neighboring countries: “You are incredible and the whole world is behind you.” Aniston also called for donations: “I know it’s difficult to figure out which is the best way to give support, so here I am linking some options to support these women through donations.”
Among the charities recommended by Aniston are the Red Cross, Come Back Alive, World Central Kitchen and care.org.
