Former Epstein business partner Jean-Luc Brunel is dead. According to media reports, he died in a Paris prison.

Jean-Luc Brunel, former head of a French model agency, is dead. According to “Le Parisien”, the businessman died in a Paris prison where he was in custody. Brunel was arrested at the end of 2020, apparently also in connection with the abuse scandal involving sex offender Jeffrey Epstein (1953-2019). Brunel was accused of rape, among other things.

The 76-year-old is said to have been found dead in his cell on Saturday morning. According to the Guardian, the French prosecutor has launched an investigation into the cause of death.

According to the report, several top models had accused Brunel of sexual assault. Brunel had denied any wrongdoing. In the 90s he became known as a model scout and ran an agency. He later went to the United States, where he set up a model management company, allegedly with financial help from Epstein. Epstein died in a New York prison in 2019.
