Green light for unemployment insurance reform

The Prime Minister, on the other hand, assured that the reform of unemployment insurance, suspended due to the Covid-19 crisis, was “absolutely essential” and indicated that it would be gradually applied “between October 1 and December 1 “. Jean Castex presented this reform as one of the responses “to the difficulties of recruitment”, aiming “to restore order in a fundamentally useful regime but from which the rules had gradually derived”.
