“I wanted to shake things up with the title,” says Kugel, and makes a passionate plea for more innovation and diversity in German companies. The latter is particularly important to her, even if she admits: “It is always a challenge to broaden your own perspective.” How this can be achieved on a small scale, she describes as follows: “I follow people on social media who are constantly pissing me off. But through this I notice that there is a completely different way of thinking and opinion than the ones I am Wherever I tell myself: This is real. Even if it is perhaps not real in my circle of friends and acquaintances. ”
