Season 13 of “The Voice of Germany” 2023 is almost over. The crowning conclusion comes on December 8th at 8:15 p.m. on SAT.1 and on Joyn. Then the viewers decide by voting which of the five final talents will be the winner of “The Voice of Germany” 2023.
Lots of music stars in one show
In addition to the four coaches and the talents, a whole range of music stars will have the honor of taking part in the final on Friday James Blunt, Emeli Sandé, Joy Denalanethe Giant Rooks and the former “The Voice” coaches Nico Santos and Rea Garvey. They will all be performing live in the studio – you won’t experience a concert like that again so quickly!

Five have prevailed and are fighting for victory in “The Voice of Germany” season 13: Malou Lovis Kreyelkamp, Joy Esquivias, Egon Herrnleben, Emely Myles and Desirey Sarpong Agyemang. Michael Schulte in the “The Voice” semi-finals
It’s been over ten years since Michael Schulte appeared on the big stage as a talent on “The Voice of Germany”. In season 13, the successful singer comes to the semi-finals of “The Voice” to support the talent and also perform live in front of the audience. Because if anyone knows how to make the leap from the blind audition to a long-lasting music career, it is the singer Michael Schulte.
Michael’s career began on “The Voice”
In 2011, Michael Schulte took part in the first season of “The Voice of Germany”. With his blind audition performance of the Adele song “Set Fire To The Rain”, the then YouTube star convinced Rea Garvey, whose team he joined, among others. With the coach, he steadily improved his musical know-how and used his singing skills to reach the finals of the show, where he ultimately took third place.
But that by no means meant the end of his great musical dream. His final hit “Carry Me Home” reached the top 10 of the German charts after his departure. From then on he released more albums and songs. His biggest hit was the song “You Let Me Walk Alone”, with which he even reached number three in the German single charts.
Later, musical success led the singer-songwriter back to his beginnings. After appearing as a coach on “The Voice: Comeback Stage by SEAT”, he appeared in 2022 together with his former competitor from season 1, Max Giesinger. The two performed their joint piece “More To This Life” in the semi-finals, which you can watch in the video here.

In addition to the star act, you can expect many wonderful performances from the 13 semi-finalists in the first “The Voice” live show. Kool Savas is trying to cause a sensation with his “The Voice Rap by CUPRA” winner Ezo with the “The Voice of Germany” lateral entry. The other coaches are certainly not lazy and also showcase their talents as best as possible.
In the semi-finals, the viewers decide by voting which talents will advance to the final. It can also happen that all talents from one or more teams are eliminated. Then the coach would no longer have a chance of winning.
