Jack Dorsey has resigned from Twitter’s board of directors, due to leave the board following Wednesday’s shareholder meeting. That is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET after in November stepped down as CEO of Twitter.
The resignation comes at a turbulent time for Twitter as the takeover bid continues by billionaire Elon Musk.
According to the report of Washington Post Company executives declined to answer shareholder questions about Musk’s deal, saying they would discuss it later.
