Isoon company: The leak that exposes China’s state hackers – Economy

Actually, it’s only an innocent 188 megabytes, just under a quarter of the storage space on a CD. But this data, which was uploaded to the US developer platform Github on February 16th, is quite something. Because they offer a rare insight into how China organizes hacker attacks on companies, institutions and states. The Isoon company documents – stored chats, promotional material and presentations – show a company that specializes in hacking targets at home and abroad on behalf of Beijing and building infrastructure and software for such hacking attacks.
