A little suggestion for school lessons, a maths task in the middle of life: With an incidence of 10,000 and an R value of 1.0 – how long does it take for all 500 pupils of elementary school XY to be infected with Corona ? For example, the school could be in Fürstenfeldbruck near Munich, where the incidence of children between the ages of six and eleven was 11,269.9 last Monday. Or in the district of Eichstätt, where the value climbed to 10,065.1 on Friday. A discussion in the subject German would be an option. Topic: Explain the pros and cons of face-to-face teaching in schools amid a virus that experts still believe is dangerous.
