According to the mayor of Saint-Clair interviewed by local radio, there is “no doubt” that the pony was killed by one or more people. The gendarmes are currently carrying out a neighborhood survey. A series of mutilations of horses, sometimes outright killed, had taken place in the four corners of France in 2020, without it having been able, until then, to be proven a coherence between these numerous attacks.
