Top athletes train very hard before big events and often pull themselves Muscle injuries to. How many future world champions have been treated by you?
At the last World Athletics Championships in Budapest there were significantly more than a handful. This is always the case before World Championships or the Olympic Games. Shortly before the Basketball World Cup, Dennis Schröder came to me for treatment. I was incredibly pleased that his outstanding performance led Germany to the World Cup.
You are considered a luminary worldwide. Were you ambitious as a student?
No, really not. I failed once and even threatened to be expelled from school because I did so much nonsense.
