Institute for the World Economy announces climate researcher Gianluca Grimalda – Knowledge

Gianluca Grimalda insists on traveling back to Germany from Papua New Guinea by ship, train and bus. The climate is happy, but not the Institute for the World Economy as an employer.

The island of Bougainville in the Pacific is not the easiest travel destination. It takes around 30 hours by plane to get to the capital of Papua New Guinea, Port Moresby, including two stopovers.
