A good ten weeks ago, Bavaria’s administrative lawyers delivered a rabulistic masterpiece after, among other things, the Association for Freedom of Thought had sued Markus Söder’s “Kreuzerlass”. They attested what would be difficult to refute anyway: that by the Söder decree the “objective legal neutrality requirement of the state” not be preserved.
