Two open investigations
The day after the accident which led to the death of the 19-year-old from La Courneuve, police officers put forward the version of an accidental collision after refusing to comply with another police crew.
Two investigations have been opened, as indicated by Eric Mathais. A first, carried out by the General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN), for homicide and involuntary injuries against the police officers. And a second was opened for aggravated refusal to comply and entrusted to the judicial treatment of accidents service.
