Aged 32, this seasonal worker had already appeared twice at the party venue, asking that the volume of the music be lowered. Without success.
Already known to the courts, the man allegedly made threats against people participating in the party. In particular, he allegedly repeated several times: “I am going to smoke you all”, according to Brest public prosecutor Camille Miansoni. According to witnesses, he struck a participant in the face with a rifle butt. A man was slightly injured while trying to disarm it.
Arrested by the Saint-Pol-de-Léon gendarmerie, the accused was brought before the Brest public prosecutor on Tuesday, January 9, with a view to being tried in immediate appearance.
